Official Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Soccerviza Summer Transfer Window Challenge 2025 is open only to male soccer players aged 18 to 26 at the time of entry
Participants must be citizens or legal residents of a country that allows entry into Romania on a tourist visa without prior approval.
⚠️ Soccerviza does not provide immigration support, visa letters, or official invitations for any applicant.
All selected participants are solely responsible for securing legal entry into Romania.
Submissions from players who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be disqualified and will not be refunded.
2. Challenge Dates
Challenge Launch Date: June 9, 2025
Challenge Closing Date: June 15, 2025 (11:59 PM Eastern Time)
All entries must be submitted before the deadline to be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Entry and Evaluation Process
To enter the Challenge, players must:
Complete the online registration form
Submit a highlight video via the provided upload link
Pay the corresponding non-refundable entry fee
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of UEFA-licensed coaches based on skill, football IQ, physical performance, and potential.
✅ This is a skill-based challenge. No elements of chance or random selection are used.
4. Entry Fee
Standard Tier ($25 USD): Includes full video evaluation and written feedback
All fees are non-refundable unless the Challenge is cancelled by Soccerviza.
5. Prize Description
One selected winner will receive:
❌ Housing and meals are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the player
❌ Any airline ticket changes due to a player’s decision to extend their stay are not covered by Soccerviza
6. Not a Guarantee of Trial or Contract
This is a training and exposure opportunity, not a guaranteed professional signing or club contract.
Selection as the winner provides access to the 10-day trial only. Continued involvement with the club beyond the trial is not promised or implied.
7. Intellectual Property & Media Use
By entering, players agree to allow Soccerviza to use submitted videos, photos, and footage taken during the program for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across all platforms (website, social media, video, print, etc.).
8. Cancellation Policy
If the Challenge is cancelled by Soccerviza, all participants will receive a full refund.
Otherwise, all sales are final, and entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
Ineligibility based on visa status
Changes in travel availability
Personal scheduling conflicts
Withdrawal by the participant for any reason
9. General Legal
This Challenge is void where prohibited by law.
Soccerviza reserves the right to modify or cancel this program, its rules, and its terms at any time without prior notice.
By submitting an entry and payment, each participant confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions in full.
