Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our official scheduling platform. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Payments & Refunds Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued. If a session is canceled by SoccerViza, clients may reschedule at no additional cost. Session Format & Conduct All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom or an agreed-upon platform. Clients are expected to join on time. If late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in session termination without a refund. Confidentiality & Privacy All discussions remain confidential. Sessions may not be recorded or shared without prior written consent. No Guarantees While we provide expert guidance, SoccerViza does not guarantee job placements, trials, or contracts. Results depend on individual effort, networking, and execution of the strategies provided. Technical Issues Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a working device. In case of technical difficulties on SoccerViza’s end, sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost. By booking a session, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
